Thanks for checking out my piece. Fifty years on this planet got me thinking. These are some strange times.

I feel like things are tense, but I am optimistic. My past helped shape that view. And a lot of the negatives got turned into my four fiction books. So that's a plus.

People are talking about subjects that weren't talked about before. I hope that continues.

I guess my mood these days is "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst."
